Repairs needed in order to sell the listed itsm(s) will be completed by Cecil's Tractors, INC.. All expenses for the repair (if needed), hauling fee, appraisal charge (if applicable, cleaning fee (if applicable) will be subtracted from the consigner profits after the agreed 15% sales commission is deducted from the total sale price. Items listed on consignment will be listed for a term of 3 months initially. Terms can be extended upon agreement of both parties. If an item is removed from consignment by the consigner, all repairs, hauling, appraisal, and or cleaning expenses will need to be paid before picking up the unit, otherwise there is no charge to remove a consignment item.
